Minal Patel is an insurance agent serving North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida under the name Minal Patel Insurance. This site is not an insurance company or a government website. Licensing does not mean that a government agency endorses an agent or an insurance product.

This website is for general information and inquiries. It does not provide a binding quote, insurance application, eligibility decision, tax advice, investment advice or enrollment service. No coverage, premium savings, tax credit or enrollment opportunity is guaranteed. Plan documents control actual coverage, costs, exclusions, waiting periods, networks and benefits. Available products vary by state, service area, eligibility and insurer.
Dental and vision policies may have waiting periods, benefit limits, network restrictions and exclusions. Cancer and other supplemental policies provide limited benefits and do not replace comprehensive medical coverage. If a product is a discount program rather than insurance, that distinction must be made before purchase.

Submitting an inquiry does not authorize Minal to access your Marketplace account, submit or change an application, select coverage, or enroll you. Required enrollment consent and application-review confirmation must be documented separately. Do not end existing coverage until you confirm the new coverage and effective date.
