ONE STEP AT A TIME
You don’t have to
have it all figured out.
A useful first conversation starts with your situation—not a stack of paperwork.
01Tell me what’s changing.
Turning 65, leaving a job, looking after a parent, or simply reviewing your coverage? Start with that.
02Bring your questions.
Think about the doctors, prescriptions, budget, and coverage concerns you want to discuss.
03Understand your next step.
Discuss the available options and any enrollment requirements before deciding how to move forward.
Where is Minal licensed?
Minal is licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. Available products and plans depend on your location and circumstances.
Is the initial consultation free?
Yes. The initial consultation is free, and there is no obligation to enroll. Insurance premiums and other policy costs are separate.
Can I help my parent with their coverage questions?
Yes, you can reach out to start a conversation. Your parent’s permission and any required authorization will be needed before discussing their personal coverage or taking action on their behalf.
Does a lower premium mean lower overall costs?
Not necessarily. Premiums are only one part of the picture. Deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, provider networks, and prescription coverage also matter. Plan documents explain the actual terms.
What should I send in a text or email?
